Agreement to Terms

By purchasing digital products on PlayThis (the "Platform"), you ("Buyer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Buyer Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not purchase products on the Platform.

1. Nature of the Platform

PlayThis operates as a marketplace platform connecting independent sellers with buyers. We do not:

• Guarantee the accuracy of product descriptions or seller representations
• Act as a party to the transaction between you and the seller

1.2 Direct Seller-Buyer Relationship

When you purchase a product, you are entering into a direct contractual relationship with the individual seller. PlayThis facilitates the transaction but is not responsible for product quality, delivery, or any disputes that may arise.

2. Product Quality and Authenticity

2.1 No Verification

IMPORTANT: PlayThis does not verify or guarantee:

• The quality, accuracy, or completeness of digital products
• The authenticity or originality of content
• That products are free from errors, viruses, or malicious code
• That product descriptions match the actual content
• The legal rights of sellers to distribute the products

2.2 Good Faith Operations

While we operate in good faith and may periodically review products for quality and compliance, these reviews do not constitute:

• A guarantee of product quality or legality
• An endorsement or recommendation of products
• A warranty of any kind
• Any liability or responsibility on our part for product issues

3. Purchases and Payments

3.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of our payment processor.

3.2 Platform Fees

A 5% platform fee is added to each purchase. The total amount you pay includes:

• The product price set by the seller
• A 5% platform fee
• Any applicable taxes

3.3 Digital Delivery

Once your payment is processed successfully:

• Digital products are delivered immediately through your account dashboard
• You will have lifetime access to download your purchased products
• Products are typically provided in EPUB and PDF formats

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Digital Product Nature

Due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues prevent product download or access
• Product files are corrupted or non-functional
• Product is significantly different from its description
• Duplicate purchase of the same product

4.2 Refund Requests

THE PLATFORM AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability

• Non-infringement
• Title

7. Intellectual Property

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product for your personal use only. You do not acquire any ownership rights to the intellectual property contained in the product.

8. Account Termination
